The ideal candidate will have amazing communication skills and must enjoy working with people. This individual is someone who is punctual, detail oriented, and eager to learn about our products, our company, and our people. Our team is looking for someone with ambition and the determination to succeed. Someone who is passionate about building loyalty with each customer, who will provide excellent customer service, and is able to make educated decisions in a fast-paced environment is who we target. This position includes working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Generate sales leads, foster and develop sales relationships, and close sales
  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with customers

Your attention to detail helps keep our showroom running smoothly, full of inventory, and our sales team equipped to deliver exceptional service everyday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order, receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory items
  • Accurately enter inventory data into point-of-sale and inventory management systems, transfer between locations
  • Tag, label, and organize jewelry items for display or storage
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and physical bi-annual inventory audits
  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure accurate transfers and special orders

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Create and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
