You will be directed to our secure Authorize.net payment page in a new window to complete your transaction. Payments will be applied to your account within 3 business days.
When will my payment be applied to my account?
Payments are processed and applied to your account within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will not see the payment reflected on your account instantly, but rest assured we are processing it.
What if I can’t find my special order number or layaway/purchase receipt?
No problem! That number is required to make sure your payment goes to the right place. Please contact our Janesville or Madison store, and our team will be happy to look up the correct number for you to use in the “PO Number” field.
What if I enter the wrong PO number or amount?
If you believe you’ve made an error, please contact us by email INFO@THEDIAMONDCENTER.
I made my final payment, when will my order be ready for pickup?
Please allow 3 business days for your final payment to be applied to your account. If your item needs service prior to pick up (sizing, stone setting, etc.), please allow up to one week for our goldsmiths to service your piece after your final payment has been successfully processed! Our staff will call you when your item is ready for pickup.
If you wish to pick up your item the same day, your final payment must be made in store. Please contact your salesperson to schedule pickup.
Is this payment process secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. When you click the payment button, you are taken directly to a secure portal hosted by Authorize.Net. You can verify this by looking for https:// in the address bar of the payment page.
The Diamond Center is a verified Authorize.Net merchant. As they state:
“Authorize.Net is committed to providing its merchant customers with the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. More merchants trust Authorize.Net than any other payment gateway to process their ecommerce transactions securely.”
Can I pay off my entire balance here?
Yes! While this tool is designed for making partial payments, you are welcome to enter your full remaining balance to pay off your item completely. Please call the store to confirm your balance prior to making your final payment. Please note that you will not be able to pick up your merchandise on the same day as your final payment online, as payment processing takes 3 business days to be applied to your account.
If you wish to pick up your item the same day as your last payment, your final payment must be made in store.
What payment methods are accepted?
The secure portal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I make a payment on a new purchase through this page?
No. This page is for existing transactions only. To make a new purchase, please contact or visit one of our store locations.
Can I make multiple payments over time?
Yes. You can return to this page to make additional partial payments at your convenience, as long as they are within your layaway or special order terms.
Can I cancel my order online?
No. For cancellation inquiries, please visit our Janesville or Madison locations.
